We want you to feel comfortable trying Unpuff. Here's exactly how cancellation and refunds work.
1. The 3-day intro charge ($0.99)
The $0.99 intro fee is non-refundable. It covers immediate access to the full course, tracker, and craving-management tools for the first 3 days.
2. Cancelling before the trial ends
You can cancel any time during the 3-day intro period to avoid being charged $19.99. Cancellation is one click in your dashboard:
- Sign in at unpuff.net
- Open your dashboard
- Click Cancel subscription
- Confirm
You keep access until the end of the 3-day period and won't be charged again.
3. Cancelling after the monthly plan starts
You can cancel at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month โ you keep access until then, and no further charges happen after that.
4. Refunds for the monthly charge
The $19.99 monthly fee is generally non-refundable once charged, but we'll consider a refund within 14 days of the first monthly charge if:
- You experienced a verified technical issue that blocked you from using the service.
- You did not actively access the dashboard or course content during that period.
- Other exceptional circumstances at our reasonable discretion.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@unpuff.net with:
- The email address associated with your account
- The approximate date of the charge you want refunded
- A short explanation
We respond within 2 business days.
6. Refund processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Stripe typically processes them within 5โ10 business days; the exact timing depends on your card issuer.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first โ we resolve most issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being permanently disabled.
