1. Acceptance
By creating an account or paying for a subscription on unpuff.net, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Unpuff Is
Unpuff is an online program that helps people quit vaping. It includes a personalized 10-step onboarding, a 10-module educational course, a daily vaping tracker, and craving-management tools (breathing exercises, mini-tasks, motivational content).
Unpuff is not a medical service. Content is educational only and is not a substitute for advice from a healthcare professional.
3. Account
You need an email address to register. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Unpuff.
4. Subscription and Billing
- Intro: $0.99 charged immediately, granting access for 3 days.
- Monthly billing: after the 3-day intro period, your subscription automatically converts to $19.99 per month.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews each month until you cancel.
- Payment processor: all charges are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Currency: all prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the "Cancel subscription" button in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account or course materials with others.
- Copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the service.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Use Unpuff for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Unpuff — text, graphics, course materials, software — is owned by Unpuff or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content while your subscription is active.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that the program will help you quit vaping — outcomes depend on individual effort. We also don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unpuff is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
